Founding Story
Founded by Lydie Robsham, Aerial Bodies Pilates was built 14 years ago as a calm alternative to loud chain franchises—small semi private sessions focused on posture, pain relief, and confidence. After 30 years in corrective exercise and bodywork in Physical Therapy settings, she created a studio where every body gets personal attention and care.

A healthier West Palm Beach where people move with ease, strength, and less pain—at any age or disabilities.

Deliver safe, results-focused Pilates and therapeutic bodywork that restores movement, improves balance, and supports injury rehab—one client at a time.
We are fully equipped and have 30 y experience in manual movement therapy for sport conditioning or soft tissue pain reduction. We keep up with the latest research and education therefore customize our programs for best results and correction.
We offer a variety of physical therapy modalities to address dysfunction: Neurokinetic Therapy, Graston Technique, Active Facilitated Stretching, Myofascial and Scar Tissue Release, MAT, Lymphatic Drainage and contouring Lipossage, Craniosacral Therapy and NeuroPilates.

Training includes Classical Pilates (600 hrs), Yoga (Kripalu 200 hrs), Vodder Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Graston Technique®, NeuroKinetic Therapy®, Red Cord, Aerial trapeze yoga, kinesiology taping, MPS microcurrent pain therapy, NeuroPilates, Thai Massage, Active Isolated Stretching, Neuromuscular therapy(120hrs), Myofascial Release, Scar tissue release (MSTR), Cranio-Sacral therapy.
Known locally for hands-on cueing, calm coaching, and drug-free support for mobility, posture, and injury rehab. Former world-class waterskier (2 times US Trick champion, 4 times World champion over 35, 12th on the Open division world ranking 2000 to 2004, Bronze medal at European championships in Open Women Tricks 2001)—she understands recovery and performance from the inside out.
Always on top of the industry medical advancements and discoveries, she delivers as a top manual movement therapist sought after in Physical Therapy clinics to this day.

Gia Sweeney
Certified Yoga Instructor
Gia’s love of movement began at a very young age. She studied tap and jazz beginning in elementary school.
She holds an Associate in Arts degree from Palm Beach State College. She is a 200 hour certified yoga teacher since 2013. Gia is also a certified Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist through the Himalayan Institute.
Experienced with yoga in a variety of settings. Ranging from mental health centers to senior assisted living communities.

Rhonda received her Hatha Yoga Teaching Certificate from the Temple of Kriya Yoga in Chicago in 1996 where she founded and directed The Global Yoga and Wellness Center, a very successful storefront studio and yoga prop shop, from 1996-2006.
She has worked in both clinical and community settings.
Rhonda’s unique vision and teaching experience includes Chair yoga for Adults and Older Adults, Special Needs Yoga, Traditional Hatha Yoga with alignment and form, Gentle Yoga and Meditation, Vinyasa Flow Yoga for Challenge and Strength, Prenatal and Postpartum Yoga, and Yoga Teacher Trainings.
Rhonda is a Registered Nurse (BSN, RN), Board Certified Holistic Nurse (HNB-BC) and Board Certified Health and Wellness Nurse Coach (HWNC-BC). She also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Leisure studies.
She directs 200 hour Yoga Alliance Hatha Yoga Teacher Trainings, as well as trains Yoga Teachers in Specialty Training Workshops (Prenatal Yoga, Mom and Baby Yoga). She is also a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP).
Deborah Voronoff
Pilates instructor
Deborah discovered Pilates in the late 1990s and was immediately drawn to its disciplined, thoughtful approach to movement. Originally a runner and cyclist, she recognized its value in building strength, balance, and body awareness, leading her to complete her first certification in 2000.
In 2025, she completed The Studio Metriz Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training Program, a rigorous 1,050-hour education integrating classical Pilates with osteopathic and somatic principles, further deepening her understanding of how the body moves, compensates, and adapts.
Known for her trained eye and precision, Deborah focuses on improving alignment, building strength, and restoring ease of movement. As an active and competitive tennis player, she works especially well with hip and knees helping move more efficiently and with greater confidence and with appreciation of joint support over time. Her sessions are focused, supportive, and just the right amount of challenge.
Lauren O’Farrell
Pilates Instructor
Lauren O’Farrell received her master’s degree in visual disabilities from Florida State University and is a certified orientation and vision rehabilitation therapist. She worked as blind rehabilitation specialist at the VA hospital for 13 years. After discovering the power of Pilates and seeing the positive transformation it had on her own life, she decided to become a teacher and share this amazing form of exercise with others. She also teaches Tai Chi.
Outside of work she enjoys woodworking and art. Her creativity and diverse interests allow her to think outside the box when helping her clients. She has a unique ability to identify and empathize with her clients’ needs and is always willing to go the extra mile to help them reach their goals.
